When a company is dissolved means its no longer in business.. Ask the Secretary of state.. If QTN continues to do business I don't no the legalities of that and don't care, Im just reporting what the SOS of washington said..

They were supposed to file in 5/31/2005 and didn't.. That put them in delinquent status.. Now they gave them 3 extra months to file and they didn't..

DON'T SHOOT THE MESSANGER!!!!
