Maybe ICOA is a scam and the RS will say the rest. Even if a response from the company comes it historically contains no helpful information other then things like - "we're working on it", "we will have something soon", "it is taking time". Then they historically miss whatever has been vaguely committed to. Then the ultimate information has no substantive business or revenue value. All of this to pump the selling of share offering no value in return.

0 volume, sparse to no communication from the company, other 111 Airport Rd. co. with the same CFO dumping shares at .0001, ICOA selling for less then .0001 says what? All signs of an upcoming RS - PR saying otherwise does not mean anything - safe harbor statements. Investment here is toast!
