With all these news, pps is way undervalued and no one will sell at these level and people dont have more time, because more news are expected.

Then why the substantial drop in the price. There was news yesterday and what happened? Yep, gap up and fall back. Hmmmmmm. I could care less, not trying to get cheap shares as the price is falling naturally. Please don't blame the MM's, that theory gets old and ridiculous. People want out, bottom line and are willing to whack the bid to do so. When nobody wants to hit the ask, what is the alternative?
