I would say news prob early next week. Could surprise today but IMO early next week. It's coming so I would expect buyers to come in ahead of news. Should be getting multiple PR's with details, etc. Nice they have OTC filings so will get current soon. It's a perfect storm IMO with filings, news and chart!
