It has to do with charging particles ionically so that they more readily cross cell membranes and thus enter into blood stream. Thus magic in sublingual drops is not a pharmaceutical ingredient but a preparation of the medicine to benefit its acceptance on cell membranes. Its legitimately a new way of thinking about delivery.
