I love the part about getting here 2 years too soon! You are right about that. My reverse was too harsh. It should only be 1 for 10.

I'm not against a reverse split. It could help CNYC. And the stockholders. We would still have the same percentage of ownership in the company. That is, until the next round of financing. We should also be given some warrants for our trouble.
