Let me get this straight.

So you are saying if the stock price is cheap the company can benefit by getting easier financing?

What about dillution?

The share price in any company being higher benefits that company! End of story.

No company wants to do pipes for .50 when they can do them for 1.00. At fifty cents thats double the dillution.
