Through lengthy conversations with "The Source", I was able to extract the following: the 10K demonstrated that ASYI has made every effort to facilitate the RM by becoming essentially debt free. ASYI's financials are "as clean as it gets with OTC's" and Kool Tel has every intension on completing the RM prior to the deadline. We can also expect the Q1 on Monday, which will further support these claims as well as a PR next week updating the SH's on the progress towards completing the RM. "The Source" believes PPS will reach in excess of .01 penny next week.
