They were Legal shares when Gene sold them to Gendarme.


Legal to the point that they were sold and cleared with FALSE documents.

They were illegally sold.


Illegal shares,sold into the market are now legal?

Gene sold Gendarme LEGAL Shares ... they are NOW in the float legally and the SEC is taking NO Action on that front. Get used to it. jmo


Sorry, I can't get my pea brain too comprehend this. Illegal shares...sold on the market...are now legal.
