MineAllMine, it was not my intent to place a negative tone over the board. I do thank you for acknowledging my posts as truth and not negative spin.

As you know from many years here as well, the times have not been too nice to this company. I have posted about EVERYTHING I know of to make a positive pitch over the years.

I have taken into account all of the problems with greenies in Alaska, I have taken into account the switch from Alaska to Arizona NPSP and the subsequent problems with X-state. I have then followed-up with the decline in U-308 prices and then the switch to S.E. Arizona.

I have been gung-ho on the Alaskan properties again after NAK bailed our arses out of the fire.

I have been gung-ho when I found out about Chuck Vollmer just HOPING TO GOD he would bring some POWERFUL THUNDER to the company.

The lawsuit - I would rather not even think about.

But, time is time....and with the passing of time and the pps just holding above 2 cents.....and NOTHING concrete on the horizon including the ZTEM which should have already been done....it basically has me P.'d O.

THAT DOES NOT MEAN I AM SELLING OR GIVING UP. I STILL HOLD SOME HOPE. I DON'T CARE FOR THE SITUATION, BUT HOPE IS ALL I HAVE.

One more point, with any normal shareholder controlled company, James Briscoe would have been voted out of the CEO position long ago. Just saying. ........ This can't go on forever.....JB Sheet or get off the POT.

Ooops.....one more point.....if this was during the gold rush days, and Briscoe had kept this up....he would have already gone to the gallows.
