I wouldn't exactly call the threat major. LNET holds 85% of the market and can squash Tivus like an ant if it wants to. Compared to LNET Tivus is a small time startup and it would be many years down the road before it would start to become a major threat. Furthermore if it is such a threat LNET can buy Tivus at any time they please. At the conference this morning the LNET CEO doesn't seem to be concerned with these small timers at all.
