Any website that you want to install cookies in your system will re-install them.
I have several website passwords saved as cookies, and if I deleted them I would have to re-enter them.
Except between Windows and Norton Password Manager, my passwords are pretty much entered automatically anyway.
So, deleting cookies is not a big deal.
