I've stated before, but I'll state it again just for you since you asked specifically.

My beef here is with Joe and the way he has had total disregard for the common shareholders for the sole purpose of enriching himself. The facts are:

He dropped this to no bid.

He was pleased to do a 1000:1 rs

He dropped the bid again to convert debt while bidding only a penny, which means he converted at around .005

He quintupled the OS from 1.7 to 8.7 million shares

He offered to sweep the misdeeds of Dean under the rug and pay him $120,000 in exchange for the A's which would give him total control of this atm

Bottom line, I'm not the kind of guy who will sell my soul just because I stand to profit from it. What he did to shareholders is not right, and never will be.

Now, I have always allowed that he has done a decent job in improving the business. After all, the better the business looks the more he can make off of it. I just don't like the way he stole it from the shareholders and gave them nothing in return.
