Thanks NoOffSwitch,I guess in the back of my mind I might have known that, but here at work I sometimes get to thinking and doing things [stock related that I shouldnt be doing] and I get scattered brained.

Anyway those that always jump on the sinking ship theory just because Leon is selling are just blowing it out of proportion.

What I read is Leon has registered 1,607,896 shares on a 144 to sell sense 12/09/04.

But has only sold 254,896 shares so says the Form 4's sense 12/04.

Regardless of the pps if you need money to live you need money, so what do you do.

Plus if you have to have shares registered on a 144 to sell, I would always have a large amount of shares for when the pps takes off. Especially if you have 2 million shares to start with.

I mean even though the CLYW insiders know that purchase orders are coming they cant know exactly when.

So myself I would be doing just what Mr. Leon is doing.
