You should definitely be concerned with the lack of movement with ICPA. I appreciate all of the cheerleading, etc. but you all should be a little alarmed. The "big news" is not big anymore and the bump won't take the stock more than 1-2 pennies. I think it's great that all of you love the CEO,but stockholders need to periodically check him. If Steve gets t-boned on the LA freeway this afternoon what happens then? He is acting as the CEO/CFO/Chmn.ofthe Board and GM. The organization looks weak at the top and would probably have a tough time growing by the leaps and bounds that you are expecting.

The recent drop was a stock dump by Steve. Call it what you want but it was a dump. I own less than some of you but more than I am comfortable with under the current situation. Some of you will call this bashing but it is just more DD. Don't be afraid to question anyone until you get the answers that you need. Try to step back and be objective and some of my points may sink in. Some of you have forgotten that this is a business and the Mgt. works for you. There is heavy competition out there for every investor dollar, and without more of those dollars from different places this stock will dry up. The Co. needs to get it's finances in order and be ready to grow when the opportunity presents itself, not when Steve can get around to it. He is streched way to thin.
