One is material news and the other would be "updates".

I believe success answered that already and I for one am comfortable with the logic in what NEOM is doing PR-wise. Also I "think" NEOM is NOT concerned about day to day share price movements (just like me except for using dips to buy more) and is going to unleash back to back to back to back PR's ... when the time is right.
