If his attorney gets any privilaged information through interaction with Atrinsic's attorney then it could effect the way the stock trades if DPS releases said information to the public. To avoid any misunderstandings his attorney has asked him not to discuss anything material to the case.

Atrinsic's LAWYER WILL NEVER GIVE ANY INFO UP... And whatever info is given up will remain between the 2 lawyers.
