I have been involved with litigation before 1st off it' s not inside information, its not private information, All it is is that the lawyer does not like there client discussing the case with anyone else that's all.

Inside information WHICH A LAWYER DOES NOT HAVE, PERTAINS to MATERIAL NON PUBLIC information the company holds and does not tell its shareholders. ex...

ATRN is being bought out, that is inside info.

What your lawyer tells you in now way is inside information, I think Dr. P misunderstood somethings the lawyer said.
