That is no bs either. They had to file 1B because the site wasn't up and the stores were only in development ("Intent" to). I assume BRAV's attorney will be filing the 1A (In "use") application with supporting docs and pictures shortly. If approved, BRAV would hold a "registered" mark with number assigned.

Anyway, off to work.
