I guess because I live in this world I find it very hard to believe any satellite technology company regardless of present day financial difficulties will go bankrupt. This technology is about to explode. Again, I think this is just a clean sweep for Malone to ride in and take 1worldspace to new heights. He is not going under on this investment. It is something that had to be filed and I am doubtful that it is the entire Worldspace entities. We still have agreements in place with Switzerland, Fiat, etc. those are valuable and many know that 1worldspace is the perfect "shell" for a global media provider. Don't count your loses just yet! We have NOLs and lots of them!
