Kind of makes you wonder about our Bankruptcy court system if they allowed them to remain in Chapt 11 with no real plan. I am holding until they go to court and it's a done deal then I guess I will laugh at life and go on to the next adventure. Meanwhile, I am going to try and track down the filing which should be public correct?
