My first attempt to call was on the 1st of this month to ask whether they intended to file for an extension. Any other questions I have for them mean little to me at this point. I would like to see action or something more proactive than doing nothing at this time. If there are questions (I don't share this belief) as to whether they are a sham company what with all the china shells that were dealt with lately then something should be done to address this issue indirectly by showing their shareholders they are doing all they can to resolve the Nasdaq halt. At this point I believe they just have too much going on and are scrambling. All other questions are on the back burner for me. When will their annual report come out? I emailed once since the extension and have not received anything, which is fine with me. I just need something from them. We can only wait really.
