You know what?

There are two different types of "basher" if that's where you lump me.

1. Those who just attack things without any information.
2. Those who go against the grain (positive) because they see things they don't like.

I proudly put myself in the second category.

Now, I see you as a person who, just because someone has a different opinion of what's happening, you automatically think they're wrong.

Too bad for you.

One more thing, if you knew anything about trademarks and basic accounting, you'd know what my concern is...and you might have the same concern (maybe not). Yes, I know a heck of alot more about trademarks and basic accounting than you. Did you hate the kid who got straight A's in school? He's probably your boss now.
