Sort of. But still waiting for further answer. Here is what he replied to my question.

"Did you hold your shares through a broker? If so, which one?

Then I said yes, through etrade. Maybe he is trying to find out himself what the deal is. He has been very responsive every time I have contacted him. I will let you guys know if he replies further.
