News has not helped. If you look at the share price after a PR, it's goes down. Don't you think that if there was just an inkling of good numbers for the 1st quarter, Frank would have posted one of those phony baloney quarterly reports on OTC Markets like he would do for GDHI?

They have been burning $6k a month (plus 2 months security deposit) with no income since April for a store that has yet to open- read the lease

How much wine can the 950 member staff at the US Embassy buy?

They have 6 months to get stores 2 & 3 up and running- what's the confidence level of that getting done.

IMO the dilution continues for a few more months unless they start tapping into the $10M, but probably will need to do both
