Every business has to come to the point where they produce. Anytime now's, right around the corner's, imminently, etc just won't hold water past a certain time. I believe it was last August that Host called in SP and company to install their system in the Philly downtown Marriott with a multi-million $ contract. We are 9+ months into this installation. . . . . . .no apparent decision. Now the first is always the hardest and Tivus blew their business model by caving into Host's demands that they, Tivus, pay for the installation. But no business, not one, can survive on a business model that takes $2 million out of a penny stock company with no appreciable income in return. Actually, apparently Tivus can't even use the fact in advertising that they have installed this system in Philly to promote other hotels into a business relationship. I am guessing that Host "gagged" SP and Tivus, and that is how you destroy a new and upstart business.

SP, please tell us something that says, "We have a business arrangement that gives us some income." Until you can say this, SP, please treat your shareholders with respect and communicate with them. I don't really care if it is all about what a busy week you have had, and how hard you are working. I can buy the empathy of a start up. What I am still troubled by is you saying nothing to us at all. JMHO. R3
