This is the first time aps is promoting a stock over $1 (for long-term promotion). They didn't do lexg. For them, this is likely an experiment to see what they can do since they have only recently started promoting stocks for 1 month or more.

I think aps will learn that promoting this long into the stock doesn't work the the price isn't good either. I don't have any level 2 readings, but from what I've seen, they've had to put in so much support just for the stock to not go down significantly.

aps has the ability to drive this thing as high as they want, but it will be at their cost. I sold today at $1.60 from my $1.28 bid, so i'm out, but glta that are still in.
