And yes, that was 6 weeks ago!

Helmcamp was much better at selling used cars! He is using the same selling techniques here though. It's just that they work better when selling used cars!

To be honest, I doubt he understands what is necessary to get back on the pinks. I think he is ignorant of the FINRA rules, and just mouthing what slick Roxie spoons to him.
