I think someone else who undeerstands this Ztem/storm stuff better than I do pointed out that we don't need to wait for thunderstorms. Tracy just told me a couple hours ago that Ztem will take place in the next few months (which takes us well into AZ monsoon season anyway if that were a factor) so I am thinking it is more of a funding issue. ???

Not much chance of snowstorms or even a light dusting around Tombstone for a while. It is 102 degrees in Tucson today.
