If this is leading to a buyout, I personally think the valuation of .25-.35 is totally ridiculous. It should be much higher than that, and the stock should begin reacting as such very quickly...

I can't imagine that they are going to drop a "Hey, congrats, we bought you out for $1.00 / share" as we sit here at .05s. I'm hoping we aren't about to be bent over on this transaction.

Sure sounds like Baker was bent over...
