You have until May 17, 2012 (Post marked, so you still have time and can mail the claim up until tomorrow) to file a proof of claim against the D&O insurance (and/or other settlement) proceeds.

You have a way better chance to recover from the above rather than this bankruptcy liquidation. (I am not saying that you will, just that you have a better chance since Lehman is in liquidation. You have almost a zero chance at recovery/profit, i.e. more senior creditors of the holding co. getting an average of 18 cents on the dollars).
