Hi Caerus. I hope so too.

As far as share price is concerned it's hard to say what's in store. With dilution of this magnitude there is undoubtedly a negative impact, such as you described, in the short term. However for those who stay in over a much longer term there is the prospect of owning a much smaller piece of a much tastier pie. So dilution in and of itself is not negative. Sometimes the desired growth just never happens unless there is first a good bit of capital to get things off the ground. And then - when things get rolling - that smaller piece might ultimately be worth more than a larger piece of a less successful enterprise would have been.

What's been of greater concern to most people, I'm sure, is quite simply the legitimacy of the company. All too often when you see dilution like this in the case of a penny-company, it's a sign of stock manipulation; hence the rampant speculation that this is what we have been seeing here with this company over the past few months. As long as I can see signs of there being a legitimate direction that involves real operations and transparent reporting then I'm satisfied that things are legit, and as far as the rest of it goes... patience. This has admittedly been a challenge thus far, but that is precisely why I find this development so encouraging; not so much because I expect to see a sharp rise in the pps over the short term but because my trust and confidence are being restored. If I have these things, then I can be patient enough to wait for the rest of it to follow.

Good luck to you as well. smile
