I hear he is a great guy, and the 150K was nothing but a learning lesson to him. I have been told by a very reliable source that he will never do a IR thing again.

I was also told that he hired a PI and will have some info for all to read soon.

In my last chat with him, he is a very humble man. The reason he gave cash instead of stock (even tho the promoter asked for it) was he did not want to hurt share holder values.

Knowing Mark as well as I do, he will NEVER disclose his average.
