MAYBE THEY HAVE BEEN SO PROFITABLE THIS QUARTER THAT THEY DON'T HAVE TIME TO MESS WITH ANYTHING EXCEPT TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT AND WHERE TO SPEND IT ALL ? THE PLANT IS FULL AND RAN OUT OF STORAGE AREA AND THEY ADDING ON TO HAVE MORE ROOM AND HIRED A 50 MAN SECURITY TO GUARD ALL OF IT UNTIL THE PRICE GOES BACK UP. GO PCFG !!!!!
