I know litigation is not the speedy way to license but im just saying if that is the path that is taken with certain suits then we wont see the money for a while. I hope that we will be signing deals not sueing to get them but you prop know that sometimes its the only way. Also a suit is also a scare tactic to bring a company to the table. The patent expires in 3.5 years but do you really think they wont have a pat re-exam to extent its life.
