Here we go again! The Q1 10Q IS NOT required to mention ANYTHING concerning the LOI with KoolTel because the LOI came AFTER THE END OF Q1. Only a few people know exactly why the Q1 10Q is delayed and none of them are here unless there is some insider information floating around and that is highly illegal.

Please be careful in your decisions when using message board info for your DD!
