I concur, if I'm not mistaken, their charter is to protect the interest of investors. IMO, MLXO is a risky investment, but we have been made aware of that by the company. They are updating us better than any Pink I've ever owned, and I don't think there is cause to suspend. Now if previous management was still in control, it would be a different story. However, they are not, and the shareholders were able to take corrective action themselves. If they want to do something, maybe they should go after Saleem and crew directly.
