The sensitivity statistics are apples-to-apples, as far as I can tell. For all kinds of tests, more lesions and larger legions naturally increase the detection rate. According to EXAS, the detection rate for a single lesion of a given size compares favorably to colonoscopy, especially when the lesion is in the right side (also called the ascending portion) of the colon, where it is harder for colonoscopy to get a good look.
