You don't know how much money they do or don't have, from what sources, and neither do I until financials are released, but from what I understand, they've paid for LIDAR mapping, reports, definitive agreements, and other fees. So they have money from somewhere.....since all this will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, we have to assume they DO have money, rather than don't.
