Explanation on the meaning of "First Look"

First Look? What does it mean? - Sure I can explain what it means. It's a term used in the entertainment industry. In this particular case involving RFMK it means that each and every time I have an opportunity to do a celebrity placement in film, television, music, lifestyle or events, that they are FIRST CHOICE for everything. I would be placing their products in every thing I do. If they decide that a particular project is not a fit for them then they can pass. Because it is my job to also make sure that the celebrity entity has what they want/need, if RFMK would pass and not want that placement, then I would have the right to use a different product. These rights of "first look" would apply to every thing that I do. For example, I will be speaking on stage in Sacramento at the California Unity Conference in an attempt to unite efforts to legalize in California. It's a very high profile political event. I will also be having dinner with Governor Brown, Willie Brown, Steph Sherer and many other high profile people in our movement. There are opportunities like these to have product in the gift baskets etc. I would also be sure to make sure that I mention RFMK and CANNACig in other PR that I do, whether it be for the Wilfred show on the FX network that I work with or anything else. What I do in product placement involves a number of various products, from jewelry to cars to clothes to electronics. RFMK has the exclusive in the vaporizer category with First Look rights. In regards to media and event opportunities, it also means that any time there is a high profile event like the Oscars, MTV Awards, Sundance Film Festival, Fashion Week or others, I would make sure that it's a first look opportunity for any photo opportunities for CANNACig to be photographed or video with as many newsworthy or social media worthy situations and people as possible.
