POSTED IN APRIL: More about new CEO I posted this April 22. Apparently, nobody believed me then.
James Beatty is President, Director, and CEO of Mount Knowledge, a publicly held educational software development, sales and training company. According to the website
The corporate papers for Mount Knowledge USA, Inc are in default; the papers for MOUNT KNOWLEDGE HOLDINGS, INC. are revoked. Here is a link to the Nevada sos for these two entities: http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpSearch.aspx
When I type "Auror Capital Corp" at SEC.gov, the information for Mount Knowledge Holdings, Inc. displays. Here is a link:
On this website (and on the 8K filing with the SEC) Mr. Beatty also claims to be an officer with Mount Knowledge Holdings, Inc. and Mount Knowledge USA, Inc. However I do not find him listed as an officer on the Nevada corporate papers or on OTC pink sheets. I did find that, according to the website,
Why would Mr. Beatty file the corporate papers for Mount Knowledge under "Auror Capital Corp" on the 8K filing, but not on the Nevada corporate papers?
Is it possible that Mr. Beatty plans to have ASYI "acquire" KoolTelecom and then do a R/M between ASYI and either Mount Knowledge Holdings, Inc. and Mount Knowledge USA, Inc?
Do we smell more "stinky pinky"? If there is a R/M, a name change, and then a symbol change, ASYI could easily lose EVERYTHING!!!
Although I made minor changes today, the basic post is as it was in April, and the same questions apply.
