What's -up ?

VSPC to install or have already installed pellet machine and possibly a second one. Intend to produce pellets. No mention of any contract to sell to a customer.

Maybe, they intend to stockpile !! In this way VSPC can advertize to ship emergency pellets when plants need emergency supply. Can charge a premium !! LOL Can have a ship in international waters ready to bring in emergency supply. (Same as oil tankers) LOL!
