The REALITY is that the LOI involving KOOLTEL came AFTER the end of Q1 which leaves the door wide open for ASYIE to not mention a single word until mid JULY when Q2s 10Q is due and that is past the drop dead date on the LOI. People should realize the very real possibility that NOTHING happens and ASYIE fades away with everybodys money spilling out of their pockets.
