Fact. The company has not sold a single share into the market in more than 5 years.

Fact. The CEO has acquired nearly 25% of the float.

Fact. The CEO cannot sell any portion of his position without filing.

Fact. The CEO is limited to selling 1% of his position per quarter.

Fact. Government web pages confirm AMHDs real estate activities.

Fact. Independent parties have confirmed AMHDs Barbados operations.

Fact. AMHD paid Lowell Fitzsimmons $312,500.00 for a Bio-diesel processing plant. Lowell Fitzsimmons never delivered a single component. Lowell now claims the individual parts were stolen. No police report can be found.
