I think it boils down to what you think will happen come in early to mid June. Do you believe we get the two year financials which will then uplist the stock, they are hand in hand, as he has stated to us several times, or do you believe we will get delayed again and again and ultimately NOT HAPPEN. I have to believe the first because I have spoke to him for over a year and a half now on over 20 occasions and he has never lied to me about what is going on. This is a startup company and I think you have to take it as such. He is more concerned with the business operations than the shareholders at this point, this however will be good for us once they begin making real money. Again, if you can accumulate at these prices and you believe he is being honest, you have a VERY SOLID play to hold here for the next month at the latest, if not, move on. But, and it could be to my demise, i believe what he is telling me is the truth and that we will be uplisted in less than a month. SEEK
