thats where the confusion kicks in. Officially, the promotion started today but the banner had this ticker since yesterday. This stock has been trading for some time and the PPS was too high to begin with. This was not the case with other plays. I am not sure if tomorrow is the 2nd day or the 3rd day. I donot have L2 to look at the MMs on the buy/ask side. :(
