No, my real point is the company despite specific promises failed to deliver on transparency. Specifically JB promised to break out fuel sales on the Feb 27 concall. And he failed on the 10K and many longs said he meant this 10Q. But that turned out to be a untrue as well. And beyond that he has intentionally used a pattern of semantics to obfuscate what is going on. For example the word "commence" has almost zero meaning when used by JB. It could mean next month but more than likely means not for a VERY VERY long time if ever.

You know like commencing to buy a P20 ship. Or in 2009 commencing P20. I think they have even commenced a data patent.

Now the good news is they have relegated Mr. Word Parser to the corner. Lets hope the new CEO has a basic understanding of how to communicate with the market.
