Well, if I do remember, Mrs Shuman did stipulate that here investment is in another company, so no love for CBIS right now. As for pps going up? I see more downside than upside, remember, CBIS did forecast to substantial dilute the pps on the backs of investors to fund operations....they have been doing it for years! and going from under 200Million to over 602 Million is substantial, and THEY ARE NOT DONE! lol



They added two VPs to the Board! No 8K!
They said they are buying 50% of a facility! No 8K!
They Added a VP of IR, No 8K
They promised Dividend Class A shares! No 8K

CBIS: All fluff, no follow through. Period.........GL
