I was in Lions Gate Entertainment Group (LGF) last year and they did a placement through Jefferies & Co, also. It seemed timed to the release of a few upcoming films, expected to be blockbusters. The price was set very constructively, if my memory serves me about 30% above the share price at the time. During the lead up of several months, the stock price marched up and beyond... and the films were big hits!
Not knowing the Offering Price, the amount of shares and over what period, it seems we have reason to stay positive.
