Can anyone tell me why the a/s matters? Cant they just add shares (as many as they like) whenever they feel like it.

You mean like this company and this board has a track record of doing?

Raise it when they need to dilute the common shareholder...

Reverse Split the stock in order to get rid of the common shareholder...

Start a stock promotion with some of your good buddies and put out a PR lowering the A/S...what a way to make your company that has no revenues, no clients, no pilot for it's planes and no hope look attractive for a few days in order to CRANK UP THE MONEY MACHINE!!! (Joe and his Buddies are salivating as you read this...)

Sad thing is Joe will turn on the bubble machine and do it all over again...and claim it all in the name of veterans....good luck to all who bought this stock during this promo...

Joe doesn't talk to me...so I hope my opinion counts...
